This Privacy Policy explains how the Muslim Habits Tracker iOS application ("Muslim Habits Tracker", "the app", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use it. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.

Summary: Muslim Habits Tracker does not require an account, does not transmit your habit data off your device, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Location is used only on-device to compute prayer times.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or transmit:

Personal identifiers such as name, email address, or phone number;
Your habit data, streaks, or completion history;
Analytics, behavioral data, or third-party SDK telemetry;
Advertising identifiers.

2. Location Data

With your permission, the app uses your device's location to compute accurate prayer times for your area. Location is processed entirely on-device and is never sent to us or any third party. You may revoke location access at any time in Settings → Muslim Habits Tracker → Location; if you do, you can still enter a city manually.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Your habits, schedules, streaks, and preferences are stored only on your device using iOS's standard local storage. If iCloud sync is enabled by you at the system level for app data, this information may be synchronized between your own Apple devices through Apple's iCloud — we do not have access to it.

4. Notifications

The app may schedule local notifications (for example, to remind you of a habit at a fixed time or after a specific prayer). These notifications are scheduled and delivered by iOS on your device — we do not run a push server and we do not see when or whether you interact with them.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Muslim Habits Tracker offers a free tier (limited to two active habits) and Premium options: monthly subscription, yearly subscription (with optional free trial), and a one-time lifetime purchase. All transactions are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not see or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to those transactions.

6. Permissions

The app may request the following iOS permissions, each optional:

Location: to compute prayer times for your area.
Notifications: to deliver local habit reminders.

You may revoke any permission at any time in Settings → Muslim Habits Tracker.

7. Children's Privacy

Muslim Habits Tracker is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Data Security

Because no data is transmitted to us, there is no server-side data to secure. Information stored on your device is protected by iOS's standard sandboxing and device-level security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
