Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jadwal MRT LRT iOS and watchOS application ("Jadwal MRT LRT", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, you are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Jadwal MRT LRT on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except as permitted by applicable law;
  • Use the app to violate any law or third-party right;
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its bundled schedule data;
  • Attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of the app.

3. Schedule Accuracy and Travel Disclaimer

Jadwal MRT LRT shows train schedules for MRT Jakarta, LRT Jabodebek, and LRT Jakarta based on the operators' published timetables at the time of release. Real-time operations may differ due to maintenance, incidents, weather, special events, or operator decisions.

The app is provided for convenience and informational use only and is not an official source. The developer is not affiliated with PT MRT Jakarta, PT KAI (LRT Jabodebek operator), or PT LRT Jakarta. Always confirm critical departure times with official station announcements or operator channels before travelling. The developer accepts no liability for missed trains, missed appointments, additional travel costs, or other consequences of relying on the app.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The app offers a Premium tier via in-app purchase, including a yearly auto-renewing subscription (with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers) and a one-time Lifetime unlock. All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by the App Store's terms.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewals are charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
  • Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • The Lifetime unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID and restorable on devices signed in with that same Apple ID.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

Premium features (unlimited favorites, favorite-station starring, full Widget Studio across iPhone, Lock Screen, and Apple Watch) are unlocked only via verified App Store transactions. There is no other path to unlock these features, and the developer cannot grant them outside of the App Store.

5. Third-Party Trademarks

"MRT Jakarta", "LRT Jabodebek", "LRT Jakarta", station names, and line identifiers belong to their respective operators and are used in the app strictly for descriptive, interoperability, and travel information purposes. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the app (including all software, design, and original content) remain the exclusive property of the developer. Holiday and schedule data themselves are public information and are not claimed as proprietary.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS / watchOS version, nor that schedule data will remain accurate after operator changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app — including, without limitation, decisions made in reliance on schedule data shown by the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. Termination does not automatically refund active subscriptions; refunds are handled by Apple.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where local consumer-protection laws apply to you and provide otherwise.
