Qum: Tahajjud Alarm
The tahajjud alarm that actually rings — even on Silent, Focus, or Sleep mode. Wakes you for the last third of the night or X minutes before fajr, and plans backward to a smart bedtime so you wake up rested, not wrecked.
Features
Rings through Silent, Focus, and Sleep mode
Built on Apple's AlarmKit, so it fires like the Clock app — not a notification that gets swallowed at 3 AM.
Last-third & minutes-before-fajr modes
Wake for tahajjud at the start of the night's last third, or set a custom offset (5–120 min) before fajr.
Sleep planner
Tell it your usual wind-down time — Qum suggests a bedtime in full 90-minute sleep cycles so you wake up rested, not groggy.
Apple Watch silent wrist-tap
A haptic-only wake on your wrist, so you don't have to wake your spouse to wake yourself.
Suhoor mode for Ramadan
Auto-detects Ramadan via the Hijri calendar and offers a suhoor preset alongside your tahajjud alarm.
Truly private
No accounts, no analytics, no behavioral tracking. Location is used only on-device to compute your prayer times.
Support
Quick answers and a direct line to the developer.
Why does Qum need AlarmKit?
Notification-based alarms can be silenced by Silent mode, Focus, or Sleep mode — exactly the state your phone is in at 3 AM. AlarmKit breaks through, the same way Apple's Clock app does.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription. It unlocks auto-location, the sleep planner, the full sound pack, Apple Watch haptics, multiple alarms, suhoor mode, and streak tracking.
Prayer times look off — why?
Check Settings → Calculation Method and select the one used by your local mosque. Make sure Location is allowed for accurate times.
