Terms of Service
Last updated: May 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kalender Indonesia 2026 iOS application ("Kalender Indonesia", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, you are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Kalender Indonesia 2026 on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except as permitted by applicable law;
- Use the app to violate any law or third-party right;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its data.
3. Holiday Data Accuracy
The app reflects Indonesian public holidays and joint leave (cuti bersama) dates based on the joint decision of the relevant Indonesian ministries. While we strive to keep the data accurate and current, official dates may change after release. The app is provided for convenience and informational use only — please confirm critical dates with official government sources.
4. Purchases
Kalender Indonesia 2026 is sold as a paid app through the App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by the App Store's terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the app (including all intellectual property rights) remain the exclusive property of the developer. Holiday names and dates themselves are factual government information and are not claimed as proprietary.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version, nor that holiday data will remain accurate after government policy changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities arising from reliance on holiday data in the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where local consumer-protection laws apply to you and provide otherwise.
