Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnyShortcut iOS application ("AnyShortcut", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, you are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use AnyShortcut on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except as permitted by applicable law;
  • Use the app to violate any law or third-party right;
  • Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm others;
  • Attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of the app.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

AnyShortcut offers in-app purchases including monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime unlock. All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by the App Store's terms.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewals are charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
  • Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

4. Third-Party Apps and Services

AnyShortcut launches third-party apps and URLs that you configure. We do not control those apps or services, and we are not responsible for their content, behavior, availability, or pricing. Use of those apps is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the app (including all intellectual property rights) remain the exclusive property of the developer. Trademarks, app names, or logos referenced within the app belong to their respective owners and are used solely for interoperability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where local consumer-protection laws apply to you and provide otherwise.
